I had a great experience and I’m very grateful for Mancias Plumbing. My shower head water did not want to shut off after I showered. I then went into panic mode after I tried everything. I made an emergency plumbing call to Mancia’s plumbing. I spoke with Dimas, who assisted thoroughly explainging to me how to shut off the water via FaceTime. Mind you, I’m new to the area and had no one to help. I really appreciate everything he did for me. He even drove to my address to make sure the water was completely shut off. If it wasn’t for Mancia’s plumbing I would have just cried myself to sleep and let the water run all night !

The day of the appointment within the timeframe he had provided he texted me letting me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, he inspected, made his assessment, explained what he was going to do along with a reasonable price. He completed the work in a timely manner so I asked if he could fix an additional leaking valve and he got the job done. He also proactively checked our house’s water pressure to ensure our valves were not at risk. The good news, the water pressure was good. Mr. Dimas is a professional in his work and the way he conducts himself. He is someone you can welcome into your home. He’s in full uniform and respectful to our home. My tankless water heater stopped working, so I called the plumber who came by immediately started up, selling me on buying and installing a new unit without ever looking at it and I definitely didn’t like that used car salesman approach so I called four other plumbers and this guy was the only one who was asking questions about the about the unit i.e. what brand, model, etc., and asked me to take pictures of how it was installed by all the pipes were etc. He came by and not only were his prices very competitive, but he said “let’s just flush it out and see if there’s any blockage, “ these things were great as long as flush them out at least once a year”. He flushed it out and cleaned out the little filter and it’s been running like a champ ever since 😀
